Technical Help Desk Executive
Candidate should possess a Graduate/Undergraduate / Diploma in computers or Certification in

Networking eg. CCNA etc.

Good Communication Skills in English and Hindi.

0 to 1 year experience in any BPO industry.

Shift Timings; Day Shift.

Be the 1st level of escalation for dedicated Premium customers

Extensively coordinate with the local deployment team across PAN India in order to get the

complaint resolved on priority.

At the same time need to give timely updates to the customer Welcome Calling to be done for

respective customer and update them

By out calling customers, increase touch point and convert them into qualitative leads as per

target assigned.

Be responsible for generating sales leads from a specific Region and works closely with the Regional

Sales teams
