Content Writer
Candidates should possess Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months in Content Writing.

Will be a part of the Customer Service Team, which will design all service communications, create templates, banners posters etc, ensuring customer delight to our exisiting customers.
      
Design service communication (letters, e-mail and sms) based on departmental requirement  in terms of layout and content .
       
Revise existing service communication templates in lines with new regulatory and internal requirements.
       
Design banners, posters etc for service campaigns.
      
Design communication templates for Customer Portal and Consultant Corner.
       
Revamp of existing communication templates for an improved service experience for our customers.
