– Any graduate Fresher or with 6-12 months of experience in customer service process
– Tech support experience would be preferred
– Good Communications skills in English + one of the regional languages  (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Sinhalese)
– Customer service attitude
– Good Typing speed
– Should be able to coordinate with different parties to complete a task
– Should be able to take ownership of customers issues and strive to solve it
