Candidates should possess Master's Degree in Business / Finance from Tier 1 college / university .

Previous experience using Argus, CoStar, REIS, and Real Capital Analytics.

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Prepare valuation models and reports for various types of commercial real estate, machinery and personal property.

Perform market research for various industries to estimate replacement costs and fair value estimates.

Model property level cash flows and net operating income projections.

Research useful lives and depreciation techniques for all types of machinery and equipment.

Review valuation reports for reasonableness.

Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets.
