Job Description:
The Contact management Specialist is responsible for solving vendor queries through voice and non-voice based applications. They would need to work very closely with invoice processing, vendor statement preparation, credit and returns research, payment holds research teams. Multi lingusit skills specifically in foreign languages are highly preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, manage multiple tasks/priorities, and communicate effectively with business partners, both internal and external. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) or similar desktop applications is required, and knowledge of Oracle Financials is preferred. Prior Accounts Payable experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or other technical fields is strongly preferred.
