Recruitment of 550 Assistant and Junior Engineer by Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC)

Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up 550 vacant posts of Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer in Water Resources Department through the following advertisement:-

Job Profile:
1. Assistant Engineer
i. Civil: 365 Posts
ii. Mechanical: 40 Posts
2. Junior Engineer
i. Civil: 131 Posts
ii. Mechanical: 14 Posts

Academic Qualification: Applicants must have done:-

* Assistant Engineer - Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma Certificate from a recognized Institute of Engineers regarding pass in Parts-A & B of the A.M.I.E.

* Junior Engineer - Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic in Karnataka or possess equivalent qualification.

Age: Applicant's age must lie between 18-33 years as on 11-02-1999. Relaxation of age will be applicable as per the rules.

Application Fee: Applicants have to pay:-
* General, Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B - Rs.300/-
* SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, Ex-MP-Ex-Military Persons - Rs.25/-
